MUJI Canada offers a 30-day window from the date of purchase or delivery to return or exchange items that are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel and final sale goods, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance regulations.

  Locate your original register receipt for in-store purchases or your order confirmation email and packing slip for online orders.

  Choose Return Method

  Visit any MUJI Canada retail location for an immediate refund, or contact our customer support team to initiate a mail-in return for online orders.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once your return is processed and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method; please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear.
