What are your standard shipping rates within Canada?
We offer flat-rate shipping across all Canadian provinces. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns for most unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear and household liquids cannot be returned.
Do you offer Click & Collect services?
Currently, we offer 'Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store' at select MUJI locations in Ontario and British Columbia. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay for a seamless checkout experience.
How can I track the status of my order?
